In the wake of 7th October 7th, the primary source of Jewish resilience has been Jewish unity and solidarity.
This shared spirit must be nurtured and directed to strengthen and unify Jewish communities in the UK, Israel, and beyond.
The future stability and cohesion of the Jewish people depend on the vitality of a shared vision, values, and voices of Jews in Israel and the Diaspora.
How It Works:
Family Matching: Our coordinators source, interview, and match diverse Israeli and British families. Collaborating with partner organisations and synagogues in the UK and Israel aids our reach and effectiveness.
Support & Cultural Connection: Our trained staff provides emotional support, coaching, and logistical coordination while bridging cultural and literal gaps for participating families. This support is integral throughout the entire programme.
Engaging Content: We create interactive content, including weekly games, thoughtful current topics for discussion, activities, challenges, seminars, and raffles, ensuring ongoing engagement for all participating families – geared for both parents and children.
How We’re Doing: In October 2023, we started a pilot with 400 families. Since then, over 5000 Israeli families have registered on our platform. We have partnered with some of the largest synagogues and organisations abroad to locate and connect an equal number of families abroad. We aim to have 20,000 families matched by the end of 2024.
